Learned a new word today! Thank you! My familiar is indeed a Crow, Sweet Crow, who visits every morning and sometimes follows my dog and me on walks.

Love this dearly! Excited to explore ornithomancy! Has this been a topic on either of your podcasts? Would love to hear more! Everyone in my life knows I talk to the birds and especially the ravens in our small town 🐦‍⬛

I too, write of magic of wolves and ravens. I have a pair of ravens who visit my big sycamore tree, we have chats as they survey the garden. I’m so glad to have found your home here in Substack.

This was a lovely read, thank you for sharing.

I feel like ravens often get a bad rap, but I love them. I have a family of ravens (and a family of magpies) that live in my garden. They will happily sit next to me and take food from my hand when it's offered. They're never aggressive and have become part my family, too.
